The itinerary

  • You depart Edinburgh today, onwards to the mighty Forth Bridge, before making your way to Stirling where you will learn about the history of Scotland’s heroes: William Wallace and Robert the Bruce. In the afternoon, we drive through the scenic roads of the Trossachs National Park, before stopping at the majestic landscapes of Glencoe. Finally, we will stop by Glenfinnan Viaduct and the Jacobite Monument and drive to Mallaig.

  • Embark on a ferry, over the sea to Skye. From the clear waters of the Fairy Pools to the mighty cliffs of the Totternish peninsula, you will explore the most scenic of Scotland’s isles.

  • The day starts at Eilean Donan Castle, the former home of the MacRaes and perhaps the most iconic Scottish castle of all. Carry on the the mysterious shores of Loch Ness, towards Urquhart Castle. At the end of the day, explore Inverness, the capital city of the Highland and enjoy a lively evening in of of its musical pubs.

  • The day is packed with visits to Scotland’s historic sites: after a wander around Culloden Battlefield, explore the Speyside valley and visit a whisky distillery. Cqarry on through the Cairngorms, towards Royal Deeside, where you will visit the Balmoral Castle Gardens. Enjoy a scenic drive through Perthshire on the way back to Edinburgh.
