The itinerary

  • You depart Edinburgh today, making your way to Stirling where we will stop at Bannockburn Battlefield. Onwards to the Trossachs National Park for the most scenic drive to Rannoch Moor and Glencoe. After a short lunch stop in Fort William, discover the mystery of Loch Ness at Fort Augustus, and with a combined cruise and visit to Urquhart Castle. Overnight in Inverness.

  • You leave Inverness today and make your way to Culloden Battlefield, the site of the Jacobite’s fall in 1746. The tour continues at Clava Cairns, a Bronze Age site with standing stones, towards Dalwhinnie Distillery. In the afternoon, stoll thourgh the quaint villages of Pitlochry and Dunkeld, before heading back to Edinburgh.
